We’re therefore strengthening our programming team ready to deliver our Decent Homes programme, alongside our existing capital programmes. Programme Consultation Officers (3 posts)Working to the Programme Managers, you will agree consultation plans with residents and then implement and co-ordinate these. You will liaise with contractors’ own resident liaison teams once projects are on site. You will carry out the statutory leasehold consultation as well so you’ll have a good understanding of the legal requirements. You will be a good communicator and able to build a rapport with residents, colleagues and contractors. With a varied workload you’ll need to be plan your own work and maintain detailed records. A full driving licence is required.
