David Neita was one of the first workshop tutors
for the London Time Bank Poetry Project for Rushey Green, South London (2003-2005
and ongoing).
The Purple Poets were so impressed by David's work at National Poetry Day,
2005 that we invited him to do a series of workshops (including a workshop
with Somolian children) with our West Euston Time Bank members as part of
our 2005 celebration of Black History month.
OCTOBER 2006: We have invited David to lead a series of workshops with West
Euston school-children and office workers, during National Poetry Day, October
5th 2006 and to take part in our video workshop discussion with
Gareth Edwards (BBC Radio and Television producer).
David Neita is also a barrister and legal advisor to the London African Caribbean
