We need an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to develop and manage the our records and computer databases of stock information. Based in our Repairs and Maintenance Section, you will help plan effective asset management strategies, analyse stock information and ensure that changes are logged on the system.

You will need at least five years’ experience of using standard software packages such as spreadsheets and databases, supported by a relevant technical qualification. Proven ability to lead a small team, translate data into high quality reports and monitoring returns, and develop maintenance programmes will be essential. You should also have a good sound knowledge of building construction, the decent homes definition and best practice for managing stock information.
